About Mark K. Tanaka
Mark K. Tanaka is a Kauai Realtor, Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He received his real estate sales license from the State of Hawaii in 1973 and his real estate broker’s license in 1977, the same year he began as a realtor with Kauai Realty. A lifetime Kauai resident and seasoned Kauai realtor with inside out knowledge of the island of Kauai and the business of real estate, Tanaka is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, the Kauai Board of Realtors, and the Investment Council, in which he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, or CCIM, candidate. Born and raised on the island of Kauai, Tanaka graduated from the University of Hawaii. Tanaka is an active participant in the Kauai community and is involved with the Boy Scouts of America, the Lihue Business Association, and the Kauai Chamber of Commerce.
